・ Fully in charge of handling bank accounts including bank reconciliation and managing the local and foreign account.

Analyze and prepare monthly forecast report on the company cash movement.

Preparing and monitoring budget for each department

Fully in charge of monitoring the company cash flow and ensuring the cash is sufficient for operating expenses.

Fully in charge of Account Payable including preparing the monthly Ageing Report and creditor reconciliation.

Prepare the payment listing for the local and foreign supplier to ensure all the payments can be made as scheduled.

Fully in charge of monitoring the Account Receivable and assisting the subordinate to ensure all payment receives as per scheduled.

Fully in charge of monitoring and checking the entire invoice to ensure the entire invoice input correctly and precisely.

Prepare all preliminary work in closing monthly management report and liaise with other department in compile and record closing document.

Assist on preparation of periodical management accounts, cash flow planning, financial analysis, and report to top management.

Prepare schedule and report for year-end Audit and Tax Computation.

Fully in charge of the tax queries by the tax agent on expenses and payable items.

Work closely with other departments in performing company sales, purchasing and other financial reporting activities.

Coordinate twice a year stock internal stock take activity.

Assist external auditors in performing annual stock take evaluation and present annual management account to prepare Audited financial statement

Liase with Company Secretary forany secretarial matter

Fulfill any adhoc task /report request by Managing Director

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Degree in accounting or related field.

✓ 5 years experience in accounting in Manufacturing.

✓ added advantage id candidate have knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & IATF16946.
