・Assist the PCBA Specialist in conducting inspections and functional tests on PCBAs.

・Help identify, diagnose, and document any defects or quality issues in vendor-supplied PCBAs.

・Communicate effectively with vendors to address and resolve quality issues based on the Specialist's feedback.

・Utilize FMEA and QC 7 tools to support the quality assurance process.

・Maintain accurate records of inspection results, quality issues, and corrective actions taken.

・Assist in developing and implementing vendor quality audit processes.

・Provide language support and facilitate communication between the Japanese Specialist and the local team.

・Ensure smooth coordination and collaboration within the team to meet quality objectives.

・Support the recommendation and implementation of corrective actions to vendors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

・ Proficiency in advanced PCBA inspection, testing, and quality assurance techniques.

・ Mastery in reading and interpreting complex schematics and technical drawings.

・ Ability to speak, read and write in Japanese in order to understand the original documents in japanese language

・ Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

・ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with vendors and internal team
