・To coordinate work within the department to ensure smooth flow of manufacturing processes

・Coordinate and complete shipping information/schedules to ensure 100% on time delivery of customer orders

・Analyse sales order releases interface with manufacturing personnel, purchasing

・Preferably have working experience from Japan personnel, the backlog status, capacity planning, production planning and etc.

・Manufacturing operation system master maintenance and update

・To ensure up to date and accurate information of production data and statistical or closing reports

・Preserve the standard, movement of stock and activity in the warehouse

・Overall product costing and parts sale quotation related matters.

・Participation in any innovative improvement, ISO 9001, ISO14001, EICC related matters.

・To perform any other related job duties as and when will be assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

・Degree in business administration or associates degree with 2-3 years’ equivalent experience in manufacturing
environment or any store/warehouse/operation system management.

・Multilingual skills & good communication skills

・Able to speak Japanese language. Must possess JLPT N1 or N2

・Preferably graduates from Japan university
