・Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the assigned regions.

・Lead , motivate, and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional performance and exceed sales goals.

・Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers , distributors , and partners to drive sales and foster loyalty.

・Analyze market trends , customer needs , and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion .

・Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including marketing , product development , and operations , to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives .

・Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts , and provide insights and recommendations to senior management .

・Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures , as well as industry regulations , in the assigned region (s) .

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Min 3 years working experience as retail assistant/manager/supervisor in F&B industry.

✓Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.

✓Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
