Assist superior for day-to-day sales administration related works such as

• Process customers’ orders (Issue Order Processing Sheet, OPS)
• Prepare Delivery Orders, Invoices, Quotations, Gate Pass
• Prepare Order Search Report
• Make transport arrangement for delivery to customers
• Perform outgoing finished goods inspection against DO.
• Monitor production progress against customers’ delivery due date
• Filing
•　　Receive customer’s enquiries
•　　Carry out any other duties as instructed by superiors
• 　　Responsible for all indoor sales activities during the absence of immediate superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Having two year of similar working experience in manufacturing industry. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

✓ Written Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia

✓ Spoken Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
