・Install, service, and maintain the equipment to ensure good and stable production

・To carry out training for customer

・To ensure customer satisfaction towards the equipment performance

・Provide overview update on machine condition and situation after visit and follow up on customer feedback

・Provide feedback on the status of equipment to the customer after providing any kinds of support

・Other tasks assigned by superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic in Engineering or equivalent.

✓At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

✓Preferable experienced in semiconductor machinery servicing environment (die sorter, pick & place process, vision inspection, robot handling)

✓Able to work independently, critical thinking, proactive in problem solving and creative in providing solutions

✓100% flexibility to travel abroad at any given time.

✓No issue to attend technical training with bond.
