• Attend machines and tester fixture setup at Customer site

• Attend to customer on-call support for service machine

• Machine and tester fixture troubleshooting and reparation

• Develop good customer relations during installation and execution ofservice contracts

• Maintain company’s assigned equipment (computer, tool kit, diagnostictest equipment, spare parts etc) in good working condition, secure and
accounted for ensure safe working condition at work site

• Respond to customer service requests to troubleshoot problems andtake corrective actions within target timeline

• To carry out duties and assignments as assigned by the management from time to time

• Conduct customer orientation and technical training on all aspects of equipment maintenance support for user application.

• Prepare field service reports on customer support activity and providesdocumentation to other supporting functions on re-occurring problems

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Degree in Engineering or any technical disciplines example: in Electrical &Electronic, Mechatronic or equivalent

✓Electrical and Electronic background and experience are preferred

✓Strong analytical and problem solving skills, willing to learn and workhard

✓Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential whencommunicating with customers and clients

✓Proactive, independent and possess the right attitude, team leader and player

✓Able to work independently
