・ Responsible to oversee and involve in the development of product

Implementation and maintenance of technological systems and processes.

Troubleshooting any potential issues related to products.

Responsible for making key decisions related to continuous improvement of products.

Managing the teams to achieve department objectives & target.

The roles also are regulatory, operational and commercial.

Executing development of new products and improving existing products.

Implementation and maintenance of technological systems and processes.

Troubleshooting any potential issues related to products.

Identify potential areas of improvement and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Managing the day to day activities in the dept and responsible for team objectives & target.

Maintaining and updating the related standard procedures, specification and others document.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Must at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.

✓ Required skill(s): Skills in 2D and 3D, eg. AutoCAD, Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor, etc.

✓ Required language(s): Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English

✓ Advantage of Japanese language if any

✓ At least 5 years of working experience in product or process development. Working experience in furniture industry would be an added
advantage.

✓ Mature and independent, strong in communication, excellent team leader and highly motivated individual.

✓ Able to work under pressure & willing to work in Shah Alam
