・ All incoterm included:
1. Communication between customer & shipping line
2. Order Receiving - Daily received request from sales
3. Shipment arrangement:
- Place booking, revise booking, cancel booking for all incoterm
- Find vessel according to customer's request.
- Check booking and container status with port system twice daily
- Check customs clearance status
4. Transportation monitoring
- Request ROT (Request of Transportation) from trucker
- Follow up container (Empty from Depot / Laden to Port)
- Container seal management, record and pass to warehouse
- VGM
5. ERP System & Cello System Update
- Proceed CIPL prcess in ERP system ( Follow factory warehouse operation plan )
- Confirm BL in cello once vessel departed
- Upload gatepass in ERP
- Shipping documents management - compile, record and keep hard copy

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓SPM or Diploma in any field.

✓Have experience in logistic industry for warehouse operation

✓Experience in Incoterm

✓Experience in ERP system
