・To prepare the forecasting & budget.
・To maintain and enhance the relationship in between customers & suppliers.
・To keep actively in the market for the feedback on the latest market movement by visiting the customers regularly.
・ To follow up the overdue payments, inventories level, ordering status.
・ To understand the customers practice (products, application, ordering trend & standard procedures)
・To prepare the quotation, sample, handle the communication of quality issue.
・To seek for the new sales expansion & new customers.
・Attend to ad-hoc tasks as required.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Diploma, Degree & above in related field.
✓Working experience in industrial sales or trading sales (at least 2 years for Executive, at least 3 years for Senior Executive, at least 5 years for Assistant Manager)
✓Working experience in E&E and Automotive industry will added advantage.
✓ Knowledge in Office application (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
✓ Ability to communicate with customers, suppliers, warehouse team, forwarding team and inter department team effectively.
✓ Ability to plan and execute daily tasks effectively and efficiently.
✓ Able to work independently and handle multitasking.
✓ Able to communicate well in English, Malay & Mandarin.
✓ Able to communicate in Japanese is added advantage.
