・ • Optimize procurement spending for Logistics (Warehousing, Transportation, Ocean FCL/LCL, Air) and Non-Logistics segments. Including system processes (APS).
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to support efficient procurement processes.
• Process purchase requests and orders to ensure timely product delivery.
• Engage internal stakeholders to drive vendor bidding processes.
• Manage vendor relationships to enhance value in the supply chain.
• Act as a point of escalation for vendor dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement guidelines and policies.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Diploma/ bachelor's degree in logistics related field
✓ Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
✓ Fresh Graduate will be considered as well
✓ Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
✓ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✓ Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
✓ Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
✓ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
