・Host live streaming sessions on provided platforms.

・Monitor and respond to comments and questions during the live streams, build rapport with the viewers, and address their concerns or objections.

・Engage with the viewers/audiences in real time, answer questions, and build a sense of community.
・Develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand's goals and audience preferences, including planning, and scripting.

・Collaborate with the Digital Media team to brainstorm content ideas.

・Stay up-to-date with the latest information about our websites.

・Conduct research and gather insights into customer needs and preferences, and adjust strategies accordingly.

・Manage the technical setup for live broadcasts, including lighting, audio, and streaming software, ensuring high-quality production values.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Fresh graduates, Amateurs and Beginners are welcome to apply.

✓Experience in live streaming is preferred.

✓Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to engage with mandarin market viewers and audiences).

✓Flexibility to work during evenings or weekends to meet the needs of live broadcasting.

✓Must be comfortable in front of camera, and must NOT be camera shy.

✓Basic technical knowledge of audio/video equipment and software for high-quality content production.

✓Good in communication skills.

✓Minimum SPM or equivalent experience
