・Prepare PO to supplier

・Key in PI, Quotation, Purchase Order and Invoice for customer

・Stock Received & Stock issue

・Order spare part from China, Japan and Singapore

・Update KPCM system

・Arrange logistic clearance at Port

・Arrange Transport to pick up spare part from supplier

・Send back damaged part to supplier

・Work together with Store Keeper and Service PIC for service job arrangement

・Submit monthly reporting to Management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Diploma/Degree in any filed.

✓ Language required: Chinese, English, Malay.

✓ Uniform will be provided.

✓ 1-2 years of coordinator experience will be added advantage.

✓ Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
