• Act as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Translate documents, emails, and other correspondence from Korean to English and vice versa accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Korean-speaking clients and internal staff.
• Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations in both Korean and English languages.
• Manage and organize administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination with Korean-speaking clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and cultural nuances relevant to Korean business practices.
• Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field is preferred.
✓Language: Good at Written and Verbal communication in Korea, English and others
(Korea and English is a must for communication with client)
✓Experience: Proven 3-5 years’ experience in administrative roles, preferably in a multicultural or international business environment.
✓Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
