JOB DETAILJob Details

1. Handle of customer’s order and arrange shipment to customers.

2. Liaise with customer and reply to their weekly shipment scheduling file.

3. Check with factories and follow-up to meet customer request date.

4. Follow-up payment closely with customer based on the payment term given.

5. Perform any other task assigned by superior.

Communication with Local client (in English, Chinese), With overseas factories (in English, Japan, Indonesia, Philipine etc)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Working experience 1-2 years (any Feild)

✓English, Mandarin (Mainly English, some local clients are Chinese)

✓Knowlege for Microsoft Excel.

✓Willing learn using internal System (OJT provided)

✓Good communication (Email, Tel)

✓Education SPM, Diploma and above
