As a Technical Lead we are looking for an individual with equipped with technical expertise, leadership, mentoring, and the ability to drive complex projects and initiatives. In addition, responsible for making critical decisions, providing guidance to the team, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions.

• Enable digitalization in related Smart Manufacturing, IT & OT system integration and Smart Energy.
• Spearhead Digital Transformation projects, collaborating closely with key customers to understand their unique needs and goals. From conceptualization to implementation, utilize Agile methodologies to develop and deliver customized solutions that drive measurable impact.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with project requirements and objectives. Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Lead Pre-sales activities by architecting processes and solutions tailored to address customer business requirements and challenges. Leverage emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to craft compelling proposals and solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to create and deliver engaging presentations, demos, and proof of concepts that showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
• Work with other Hitachi Group of Companies, Business Units, & external Partners to leverage their expertise & technologies to enhance our regional team capabilities.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in digital technologies and Industry 4.0 and make recommendations for their adoption.
• Engage with colleagues and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds on challenging international projects. Contribute to the development of multilingual applications and solutions that cater to a global audience.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Over 5-10 years of working experience in aforementioned field of work.
✓ Bachelors or Master of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field) with 60% through out in all academics.
✓ Proven experience in diverse industries, including but not limited to High Tech, Industrial Equipment, and Automotive sectors.
• Hands-on experience in both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT), with a strong background in system integration projects
✓ Experience in articulating & presenting digital solutions to different audiences with different maturity.
✓ Experience in developing & implementing digital transformation projects.
✓ Experience in solutions such as ERP, CRM, SCM, MOM, APM, EAM, EMS etc.
✓ Experience in enterprise solution implementation and well received project management skill.
✓ Extensive knowledge and experience manufacturing in term of planning and overall production management towards operational excellence.
✓ Working competency with basic programming (Python, SQL, PLC, etc.); detailed familiarity is a plus.
✓ Working competency with Agile methodology; detailed familiarity is a plus.
✓ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-ftinctional teams.
✓ Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive tasks to completion.
✓ Great sense of ownership.
✓ Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer engagement activities.
