◆Pre-sales Support
・Engage with potential client
・To understand their technical requirements and challenges.
・Collaborate with the sales team to their demonstration and presentation that showcase how our solutions address client needs.
・Conduct technical deep dives and proof-of concept (POC) exercises to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
・ Provide technical documentation, including specifications and solution architecture diagrams, to assist clients in the evaluation process.
◆post-sales Support
・Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients' post-sales, ensuring a smooth transition from evaluation to implementation.
・Work closely with clients to understand and their implementation goals and develop customized deployment plans.
・Provide guidance and assistance during the implementation phase, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
・Conduct training sessions and workshop for client teams to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively use our solutions.
・ Proactively identify and address any technical issues or challenges encountered by clients, either independently or by coordinating with internal engineering and support teams.
◆Solution Optimization
・Continuously gather feedback from clients regarding solutions performance, usability, and future requests.
・Analyze clients usage data and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
・Collaborate with products management and engineering teams to prioritize and advocate for client-driven enhancement and new features.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Over 5-10 years of working experience in aforementioned field work
✓ Bachelor's or Master of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, computer Science or related field) with 60% through out in all academics
✓ Proven experience in technical pre-sales or post sales role, preferably with software industry.
✓Hands on experience in both Operational Technology (OT) and information Technology (IT).
✓Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, APIs, and integration methodologies.
✓Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
✓Experience in developing & implementing digital transformation projects.
✓Experience in Solutions such as ERP, CRM, SCM, MOM, APM, EAM, EMS etc.
✓Experience in Enterprise solution implementation and well received project management skills towards operational excellence.
✓Working competency with basic Programming (Python, SQL, PLC, etc) detailed familiarity is a plus.
✓Working competency with Agile methodology: detailed familiarity is a plus.
✓Self-starter with the ability to take initiative. work independently, and drive task to completion.
✓Great sense of ownership.
✓Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer engagement activities.
