Manage Sales team for Environmental business (Especially Waste water treatment plant and equipment sales)

Lead team to achieve target of sales.
Mainly dealing with Government project

- Primary responsibilities include sales for Malaysia Environmental business

- Communicate with General Manager in Malaysia Branch, Sales or Engineer PIC in Malaysia Branch or Japan HQ (in English) to proceed sales for waste water treatment based on HQ instruction and client requirement.

- Communicate with customer (Public and Private customer) to get their requirement

- Making strategy for each project sales

- Making quotation based on Engineering cost data

- Customer negotiation for project progress matter with Project Manager or Engineer PIC

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- Education: Diploma/Degree in any sales (Commercial, Tax, Trade) study.

- Experience:
> More than 10 years of experience as sales for Plant business
> Must be familiar sales related to either wastewater treatment facilities, or other Plant business.
> Knowledge or experience of sales for Plant business.
(Understand tender document, Make quotation,
>Handling government project
>People management, Lead team
>Sales strategic planning

Discuss with customer about Quotation, Contract or Import matter)
> Knowledge or experience of oversea project contract. (Import, Tax matter)

- Skill: Must be familiar with Word, Excel and Power point.

- Language: Malay, English, (Japanese if can)
