The role of Sales & Marketing Senior Executive (Golf International Business) will be as follows:

1. To achieve sales target and A/R Collection

2. To support Distributor Enquiry, Problem Solving and relationship building

3. Responsible for Sales Territory: Indonesia, India

(1) REPORTING
1.1. Monthly sales and A/R Collection
1.2. Distributor’s problem and issue solving
1.3. Sales Data analysis when needed.
1.4 Sales planning for new product launching
1.5 Communicating with distributors and getting frequently to update superior.
(Market conditions need to be updated twice in a month)

(2) COORDINATING
2.1. To communicate with distributor relating to sales, A/R collection, documentation,
shipping arrangements,
2.2. To communicate with sourcing department relating to accessories shipment,
documentation, delivery schedule coordination
2.3. To communicate with logistics department relating to shipment details and schedule
2.4. To communicate with marketing department on all A&P material
2.5. To generate documentation, SAP familiarization and filing
2.6. To plan and conduct demo for Customer – report to Deputy Senior Sales Manager

(3) MARKET RESEARCH & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
3.1. To understand market condition and activities related to specific accounts
3.2. To strategies and develop marketing activities and campaign with Distributors
3.3. To build strong and reliable relationship between DSSA and Distributors

(4) OTHERS
4.1. Prepare or assist on any promotional, conferences or other event activities on
products and services.
4.2. Perform ad hoc tasks assign by Manager from time to time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Diploma / Degree in any related field.

✓ Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in Sales.

✓ Knowledge in Golf sports will be an added advantage.

✓ Willing to travel and possess own transport.

✓ Candidates must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Power point and Excel).

✓ Ability to gather information and solve problems objectively.

✓ Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
