JOB DETAILJob Details
・ To monitor and supervise ensure sales admin section operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
・ To supervise and ensure all customer’s order processing are processed on time and accurately.
・ To verify and authorize all documents prepare by the admin; Invoices, Delivery Order, Shipment Instructions, Slitting Job Sheets, Credit Notes, Debit Notes.
・ Liaise with forwarding agent for import & export shipments and prepare necessary documents.
・ To manage and maintain Sage 300 and LSP system; customer and inventory master database.
・ To ensure and check customer price list are updated correctly and accurately.
・ To ensure that all transactions are entered into system correctly and accurately.
・ To monitor, review and identify systems process and procedures for improvement and enhancement.
・ To monitor, guide and coach sales admin/new staff.
・ To prepare monthly operational reports for submission to MD and accounts department timely.
・ To prepare monthly inventory summary list and year end inventory list.
・ To monitor stock replenish and review stock aging report.
・ To prepare material consumption for SST submission.
・ To prepare all admin related requirements for audit activities.
・ To Coordinate with production and warehouse team for customer audit and inventory control.
ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES:
1. To assist duties of colleagues during staff absence.
2. To assist in purchase air ticket and hotel booking etc.
3. Others administration duties ad hoc job.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Degree/Diploma in Administration
✓Working experience more than 3-5 years with Executive Level’s roles
✓Prior experience preparing customs and shipping documents is a must.
✓Manufacturing experience
✓Sales Tax Experience is a must to apply exemption license when necessary.
✓With stock replenish experience
