・Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans, including scope/requirement, proposal, timelines, and resource allocation.
・Business Requirement Gathering: Collect the functional requirements and specifications to gain a comprehensive understanding of client expectations and constraints, laying the groundwork for major technical development projects.
・Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Lead also all recruiting activities across teams.
・Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently and manage team workloads. Ensure the availability of necessary documents and information for the projects.
・Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
・Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain high-quality outcomes.
・Development Methodologies: Apply Agile project management principles, such as Scrum or Kanban, to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
・Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, job brief, status reports, and change requests.
・Continuous Technological Advancement: Stay abreast of evolving technologies through relentless research, strategically incorporating new advancements into the technical architecture and application framework development.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree preferably in Information Technology or any other equivalent.
✓Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. .Net, C#, Java, JavaScript or any other object-oriented programming languages).
✓5+ years of experience in software full-cycle development project management.
✓2+ years of people management experience with at least 3 direct reports.
✓Experience in development for logistics or supply chain management software.
✓Excellent communication skills, Problem-solving skills, Positive and professional demeanor to build rapport with colleagues and ensure a satisfactory customer experience.
✓Excellent knowledge of logistics / supply chain management.
✓Proficiency in one or more relational database (e.g. Oracle, MySQL, any other relational database).
✓Experience in cloud computing (e.g. Amazon Web Service, Microsoft Azure Cloud).
✓Preferably in Mandarin preferred as the role may require engaging with Mandarin speaking people.
