• Manage the logistics work in Malaysia, familiar with Malaysian laws and regulations, customs policies, business regulations and practices, etc.
• To ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with the law.
• Responsible for the company's customs clearance, warehousing, transportation and other work.
• Through the development of reasonable customs clearance, logistics plan, effectively reduce logistics costs, improve customs clearance, logistics efficiency.
• Audit customs clearance and logistics operations and identify potential risks, and develop solutions to mitigate the impact.
• Manage and monitor the third-party agency suppliers involved, such as customs brokers, warehouse suppliers and transportation suppliers.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓• Education: At least Bachelor degree or above in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or related qualifications.
• Working experience: at least 3 years of logistics management experience, with a good understanding of supply chain, customs clearance, policies and regulations.
• Other requirements: familiar with customs clearance, warehousing and transportation and related knowledge
• Language: Good communication skills (written and oral) in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a must for communication purpose)
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Responsible, attention to detail and quick learner.
• Willing to work in KOTA KINABALU, SABAH
• Possess own transportation (Optional)
