• Acquisition of new clients
• To ensure that company’s sales objectives across all branches are met.
• Building high performance sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance but unfortunately, we don’t have any sales team yet at this moment.
• Currently handling all Sea Freight Inquiries for both Export & Import
• Checking rates with carriers, prepare quotations, bidding, project shipments and selling total logistics services.
• To ensure our customer service dept. and documentation depts. to perform at their best.
• Ensuring good customer service support and follow-up with customers and MLG overseas offices and agents.
• Recruiting, hiring and training new and current employees.
• Preparing timely sales report and budgets
• Fix appointments to meet customers. Meet with our vendors and visit exhibitions.
• Collaborating and working closely with our other division.
• Follow-up closely on debtor’s list.
• Monitor cost in relation to prevailing competition, and if necessary, adjust the price of selling.
• Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
• On the look out for more business opportunities for total logistics services.
• Coordinating with other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓More than 5 years of sales experience in the same industry
✓Sales manager experience preferred
