1 Deliver excellent customer service
・ Monitor sales on an on-going basis for allocated accounts on our ERP Dashboard (Overall sales, Sales vs budget, Sales of new products, forecast vs actual)
・ Manage the daily sales process (includes replying of enquiry for prices / delivery / claims)
・ Coordinates on-going interactions (phone, email, webcalls, minutes of meeting), involving otherinternal resources when appropriate (AMs, RSMs, Sales Director, R&D, Product mgmt.)
・ Supports on stocks management based on customer’s sales with Account managers (AM) or Regional Sales managers (RSM)
・ Coordinate with AMs and liaise with customers for monthly web meetings to discuss and understand needs, concerns, and opportunities for customer’s operational level
・ Coordinate the development and communication of special quotations
2. Deliver effective key account management
• Creating insightful account analysis base on account’s performances together with CSM
• Collaborate and propose relevant strategic initiative to grow sales sustainably to AM or RSM
• Engage or inform Account Managers when appropriate
• On-going monitoring and delivering of sales activities (proposals, projects)
3. Manage sales for special tools
• Check and manage outstanding quotations and inform AMs and solve the roadblocks to deal closings
• Coordinate with AMs and Quotation Specialist if any strategic change is required
• Manage delivery commitment to customer based on current special tools capacity and potential of customer’s lead
4. Support marketing’s promotions and launches
• Coordinating with marketing and AMs to gather market information (Competitor info, competitor product offering, competitor’s pricing, end-users needs and pain points)
• Support the sales campaigns along with AMs, Marketing and PMI (Forecasting)
5. Manage customer claims
• Responsible for quick response on making sure the customers are happy
• Liaise with QA to ensure a smooth claim management process
• Collaborate with Sales Administration to process admin related for claims
6. Gather and share market insights
• Capture and share customer insight with AMs to share internally (Marketing, R&D, PMI, Directors)
in the form of minute of meeting during webcalls or visits
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Candidate must possess at least Degree in any field.
✓Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Other languages (Mandarin, Japanese, German, Thai, Italian, French will be an added advantage.)
✓Proactive, result-oriented & analytical.
✓Good in Excel & PowerPoint.
✓Executive: 1-2 years of working experience in sales role.
