General Manager position at a sales company for a medical device manufacturer.

・Building the organization during the local subsidiary startup stage
・Developing the supply chain from importing equipment from Japan to sales
・Developing and managing dealer sales
・Establishing logistics-related organizations
・Close coordination with the Japanese Director (based in Japan),

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor's degree or higher
✓Experience in business and organization setup in Malaysia
✓Management experience
✓Preferably familiar with the medical device field
✓Business-level English proficiency or higher
✓Preferable if capable of communication in Japanese
