• Manage production schedule and processes to meet monthly production targets.

• Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production

• Evaluating resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime. Take proactive actions to address any issues with customer focus mindset.

• Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.

• Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to team members. Plan and monitor subordinates’skill development activities.

• Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.

• Developing and drive production’s goals and objectives. Provide guidance to team members to achieve set target.

• Manage Department’s expenses and investments within the approved budget by Management.

• Prepare management reporting such as budget & expenses and monthly, quarterly and bi-annually operational reports including presentation to management.

• Support and promote continuous improvement activities among team members. Provide guidance when necessary.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

✓ Minimum eight (8) years working experience in Semiconductor manufacturing industry with at least
three (3) years in management role.

✓ Evaluating resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime. Take proactive actions to address any issues with customer focus mindset.

✓ Manage production schedule and processes to meet monthly production

✓ Manage Department’s expenses and investments within the approved budget by Management.


Skills and Attributes

✓ Passionate and possesses vast knowledge in Semiconductor manufacturing best practices.

✓ Communication and negotiation across all level of people and organization. Ability to communicate in Japanese language will be an added advantage.

✓ Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook and other applications)

✓ Able to manage team effectively.

✓ Excellent problem solving and logical thinking skills.
