・Acting as the key person between Japanese directors and staffs
・Arranging appointments & meeting or directing phone calls and distribute correspondence.
・Attending meetings together with director within Malaysia if necessary.
・Responsible in translation & interpretation from English to Japanese or vice versa.
・Monitoring and responding to director email.
・Managing ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ At least 3 years and above in secretary/personal assistant or supporting role.
✓ Candidate must obtain at least JLPT N2 and above.
✓ Speak fluently in English & Business level Japanese.
✓ Willing to travel, good communication skills.
