Training
・ Apply training grant from HRDF for KM & BOK
・ Sourcing for training program
・ Provide 1 year training schedule
・ update training record

Compilation of OT Summary (21st)for all department and submit to Finance by 25th every month
Process attendance record at synglobal system for the 21st of last month until the 20th of the current month (1month record)
All departments will submit OT summary
Data compilation
OT data verification
Raise any discrepancy issues, department will clarify
Transfer all data to CVS file and submit to Finance Dept.

Documentation update / filing / clerical and other jobs
verify invoices from the panel clinic ( to submit to finance by 1st week of the month)
Weekly filling of customer report, AL and time off forms etc.
Update / check balance of outpatient medical allowances for all employee.
update latest employee name list to panel clinic
Make sure the department filling are tidy and in order
To prepare letters / memo upon instructed by the department manager
maintain 5S of all files
Issue IR (internal request)

Maxis bill (every20th)
Extract data from the bill and record it in the Ms excel life MS file submit to Finance Department.
send enquiry to the employee if the consumption is over the limit (whether business related or not)

Kastam tax exemption - schedule A Item 57(packaging material)

Attendance system
Ensure attendance system is on working condition at all time.
Register new employee thumb print into the system.

Insurance matters
Subscribe new employee with GHS and GPA once employment is confirmed.
update GHS and GPA employee name list and provide to insurance broker (via Finance dept) during policy renewal every year
Submit claim form and invoice detail to insurance broker.
Arrange employees for annual health check up ( July each year)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Possess a diploma or Degree in HR or related field

✓ fresh graduate are encourage to apply

✓ Minimum 1 years of related working experience preferably in the Manufacturing industry.

✓ Strong analytical skills and meticulous

✓ Good in mathematics for number for OT calculation.
