・Provide support to solution team (development and solution architect) in application implementation and documentation

• Perform basic troubleshooting and support on solution, hardware and operating system (Windows / Cloud / Android)

• Involve in full application implementation (hardware/software installation) and after service support

• Willing to learn and support label template development and basic application coding (Scripting)

• Travel to customer site to perform support task, system troubleshooting, solution update or installation

• Involve in first level Software Maintenance support and to solve reported issues

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma or similar certification in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent.

✓Preferred candidate with at least 1-2 year of working experience in similar field (fresh graduate with good personality and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply)

✓Knowledge or understanding in software application (standard or customized) and system support will be an added advantage.

✓Basic knowledge in I.T. hardware, networking and configuration.

✓Willing to learn and possess good interpersonal skills

✓Good problem solving, planning, customer service and time management skill
