HUMAN RECOURCE
Recruitment and Staffing: Planning and overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
HR Administration: Overseeing administrative tasks such as payroll processing, statutory contribution submission, personnel record-keeping, and HRMS management. Ensuring accuracy and identiality of HR data.
Employee Claims Management: Review, process, and adjudicate employee claims related to the company for incurring expenses. This includes both expenses which are the rights of the employees and the expenses for the needs of the company.
Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance management systems such as KPI, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and feedback processes. Ensuring alignment of individual performance with organizational goals.
Training and Development: Identifying training needs, designing training programs, and overseeing their implementation. Supporting employee development and career progression.
Compensation and Beneϐits: Managing compensation and beneϐits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and employee benefits such as group medical & others insurance and company trip. Ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices.
HR Policies and Procedures: Developing and enforcing HR policies such as Employee Handbook and procedures that comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Communicating policies to employees and ensuring consistent application across the organization.
Compliance and Legal Matters: Ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations, and HR-related legal requirements. Keeping abreast of changes in employment law and implementing necessary adjustments.
ADMINISTRATIVE
Office Management: Overseeing daily ofϐice operations to ensure a smooth workflow and managing office supplies inventory, replenishment pantry stuffs and placing orders as needed.
Agreement and License: Ensuring all agreements and licenses are update and renew on time such as business license, software license, etc. All documents must keep in file properly.
Insurance (Employee & assets): Ensuring all insurance policies are update and renew on time.
Managing additional and termination of employees to group insurance.
Financial Administration: Coordinating with the ϐinance department to ensure timely processing of payments and reimbursements.
Human Resources Support: Assisting with recruitment processes, including prepare equipment and onboarding supplies (stationery/ name card etc) for new employees.
Technical Support: Managing office equipment and liaising with IT support for technical issues.
Assisting with the setup and maintenance of ofϐice software and hardware. Providing basic troubleshooting for common technical problems and software license renewal.
Company Secretary: Coordinating with external company secretary for related documents and ensures compliance with Malaysia company act regulations.
Communication: Liaise with colleagues and external partners to manage and coordinate various administrative tasks.
Others: Carry out other duties as directed by the Managing Director.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, administrative or related ϐield
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related ϐield is required for this position
Must be detailed oriented and knowledgeable in accounting system (SQL)
Applicants with project accounting knowledge and experience are preferred
