・ Actively participate and follow all the safety rules & regulations.

Have ability to create specification to request quotation and analyze the quotation.

In case of trouble occurred at production line facility, find out failure factor and carry out checking, repair & adjustment and investigate the root cause, take a preventive countermeasure.

Actively involved in other ad hoc project that might be assigned by management and undertake other necessary functions as determine from time to time by the superior.

Implementing factory energy consumption survey, and carry out energy saving activity.

Manage the record & report of checking activity (daily/periodically), trouble shooting and improvement activity.

Establish and manage document and training to maintain the best product quality and with high productivity.

Responsible, punctual and independent personality.

Able to do Over-Time work

Must be highly motivated with positive attitude and self-driven.

Ability to make decision under pressure.

Excellent communication skills.

Other duties as assigned by Manager

ISO/QMS

Receive and register all kind of provided document for detail engineering or construction/process engineering project, including in-house generated document.

Maintain specifically assigned project database.

Perform document quality check in accordance to Company engineering document control procedures.

To request the asset (replace, register, disposal)

Necessary skill

Should have basic knowledge of Electric/Mechanical (Prefer practical experience, or Electrical/Mechancal Engineering graduate).

Obtain basic handling skill of FA related instruments (Robot / servomotor / sensor / touch panel, etc.) and carry out checking, adjustment and improve activity.

Have basic knowledge of both air & hydraulic pressure machine. (Lubrication/Grease). And have ability of skill of create drawing.

Have practical/hand on in maintenance experience of air pressure, hydraulic pressure, electrical wiring and mechanical assembly
is an advantage.

Basic design skill (Auto CAD) of ducting, piping, electrical and mechanical. Then implement it into actual production line with own effort or assist by vendor to do construction job. Also, have some knowledge about reliable vendor/supplier who are able to handle these work.

Able to read mechanical drawings and electronic schematics to ensure product specification and tolerances are met

Assist on design jig to improve production efficiency output.

Basic knowledge of relay sequence control (relay / electromagnetic switch /timer / semicon relay)

Obtain knowledge & skill of the facility maintenance and well manage trouble situation.


Duties
1. Assists in creating, modifying and revising document such as manufacturing work instructions, PFMEA and process flow.
2. Implementing periodical check of production standard/condition to maintain production stability.
3. Implementing planning confirmation of production standard/condition to maintain production stability.
4. Implementing improvement activity to production line to upgrading of productivity & safety.
5. Person who have knowledge about the requirement for installing new machine in the factory including knowledge in DOE and DOSH.
Know who to deal with for registration and application(act as a window person)
6. Manage the ducting and piping work of the project of instalment, relocation, modification or disposal of production line.
7. Manage the utility related work of the project of new building construction, renovation or demolition
8. Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to management to identify yield problems
or test new machines/improvement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess a Degree in Electrical , Mechanical , Mechatronic or any Engineering field related to Maintenance & Electrical
from recognize College or University.

✓Minimum 3 years of working experiences in Electrical and Maintenance.

✓Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.

✓Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English. Japanese language is an advantage.

✓ISO / IATF knowledgeable preferred.

✓Excellent knowledge in 8D analysis

✓Good interpersonal and leadership skills.

✓Required skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)

✓ For MS Excel, able use advanced formula, filtering function and sorting.

✓ Have skill of Auto CAD

✓ Ability to read and explain Mechanical or electrical schematic diagrams.

✓ Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize and manage workloads with multiple priorities.

✓ Advance ability to use mechanical and electrical measuring equipment (ex. micrometers, calipers, ohm meter).

✓ Familiarity with engineering skills such as Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), Statistical process control (SPC),
Design of Experiment (DOE) is an advantage for fresh graduate.
