JOB DETAILJob Details

1. Repair & maintenance of all facility and equipment related Electrical (both heavy & light electric) in all factory area.
2. Shall have basic knowledge of Electric/Mechanical (Prefer practical experience, or Mechatronic Engineering graduate ).
3. Have ability to create specification to request quotation and analyze the quotation.
4. Monitor stock control of spare parts & tools. Able to prepare the stock report.
5. Obtain knowledge & skill of the facility maintenance and well manage trouble situation.
6. In the case of trouble, take fast/immediate action to do proper trouble shooting
7. In case of trouble occurred at production line facility, find out failure factor and carry out checking, repair & adjustment and investigate
the root cause, take a preventive countermeasure for it.
8. Obtain basic handling skill of FA related instruments (Robot / servomotor / sensor / touch panel, etc.) and carry out checking5
adjustment and improve activity.
9. Implement planning maintenance of production line facility to maintain operation stablility.
10. Implement daily checking & periodical checking to all utility facility in factory to maintain operation stability.
11. Implement daily checking & periodical checking to power distribution equipment in factory to maintain stable power supply.
12. Implement checking & calibration of measurement equipment of production line facility.
13. Implement factory energy consumption survey and carry out energy saving activity.
14. Implement improvement activity to production line facility to upgrading of productivity & safety.
15. Manage electrical work of the project of installation, relocation, modification or disposal of production line facility.
16. Manage electrical work of the project of new building construction, renovation or demolition.
17. Manage utility related work of the project of new building construction, renovation or demolition.
18. Manage electrical related to ducting and piping work of the project of installation, relocation, modification or
disposal of production line facility.
19. Manage the record & report of checking activity (daily/periodically), trouble shooting and improvement activity.
20. In case of appoint sub-contractor for maintenance work, prepare necessary arrangement (documentation, meeting etc.)
21. Baseline design skill (Auto CAD) of electrical and parts. Then implement it into actual production line with own effort or
assist by vendor to do construction job. Also, have some knowledge about reliable vendor/supplier who are able to handle these work.
22. Ability to do soldering work with basic skill (soldering to PCB / Soldering to cable).
23. Ability to do robot teaching with basic skill.
24. Basic knowledge of Electrical (Hi-Volt / Low-Volt / light electrical).
25. Basic knowledge of relay sequence control (relay / electromagnetic switch /timer / semicon relay)
26. Know how of touch panel creation software
27. Know how to do PLC programming including editing and modifying (prefer handling skill of Mitsubishi sequencer).
28. Actively involved in other ad hoc project that might be assigned by management and undertake other necessary functions as determine
from time to time by the superior.
29. Ability to manage subornidate.
30. Actively participate and follow all the safety rules & regulations.
31. Adhere and follow all the rules & regulation of company from time to time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓1. Candidate must possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic from recognize College or University.
2. Any additional certificate related to Electrical & Electronic is an advantage.
3. Minimum 3 years of working experiences in Electrical/Mechatronic and Maintenance.
Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.
4. IATF knowledgeable preferred.
5. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize and manage workloads with multiple priorities.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
8. Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English. Japanese language is an advantage.
9. Required skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
10. For MS Excel, able use advanced formula, filtering function and sorting.
11. Positive and problem-solving attitude.
12. Responsible, punctual and independent personality.
