・. Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective B2B clients in target markets, effectively showcasing the value
proposition of our used Japanese car inventory.
2. Utilize digital channels and online platforms to showcase our diverse range of vehicles and engage with
potential buyers.
3. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and
preferences to tailor our offerings accordingly.
4. Strive to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through strategic negotiation and deal closure.
5. Provide unparalleled customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring
overall client satisfaction.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities
and maintain a competitive edge.
7. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop innovative strategies for expanding market penetration
and driving sales growth.
8. Prepare comprehensive sales reports on a regular basis, highlighting achievements, challenges, and
actionable insights.
9. Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate sales records and upholding
ethical business practices at all times.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in automotive sales, particularly in the sale of used cars.
• Exceptional sales acumen, with a knack for building rapport and closing deals.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with Professional fluency in English
(proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish, French,Russian or German is advantageous).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with online sales platforms.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work hours based on international time zones and willingness to workovertime as needed.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Telemarketing B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
