・ Work closely with end-users to collect business requirements & needs into functional requirement specifications.
・ Involved in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including development, system integration test and UAT support.
・ Able to do a program development independently, and code review.
・ Document composition such as design specification, deployment guide, admin guide, user guide, etc.
・ In charge of daily operation and administration of POS system and retails related system
・ Facilitating the enhancement and maintenance of POS system and retails related system and related hardware/equipment, including UAT testing, support, trouble-shoot and evaluation
・ Design, develop and test the Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
・ Participate in RPA development formulate ideas, collecting and analyzing user requirements and product design
・ Design, configure and maintain for Hardware, Network, VM Machine, Backup Structure, UTM, Firewall, Router and Network Equipment such as　L2/L3 Switch
・ Design and configure Active Directory including the features of DHCP, DNS, WSUS, Group Policy, Permission, File Sharing
・ Investigate, diagnose and solve hardware & software problems
・ Troubleshoot technical issues over Windows and VM platforms
・ Able to analyst and identify the problems and provide solutions during project cycles.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems and/or related disciplines.
✓ Minimum 10 years' experience in IT industry with at least 5 years in system & RPA developmentand at least 5 years relevant experience in network, infrastructure and VM platforms
✓ Experienced in system development in system analysis, design and coding.
✓ Proven experience in software design and development using .NET, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and /or other programming languages.
✓ Familiar of database management system (e.g. MS SQL Server, MySQL, MS Access).
v Experience in functional / technical architecture design of POS or retail related applications is an advantage.
✓ Sound knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, VRRP, OSPF)
v Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
✓ Hands-on experience in firewalls with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
✓ Strong knowledge and hands-on technical skills on MS AD, GPO, DNS, SCCM, Exchange, Powershell, vCenter, VMware, Hyper-V etc
✓ Experience with cloud platform/services (AWS, Azure,O365, etc) will be an advantage
✓ Knowledge and experience to support the Leading RPA Tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.)
✓ Team player, responsible, willing to learn, can work independently in fast-paced environment.
✓ Excellent in analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
✓ Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
✓ Verbal and written communication skills in Japanese are an advantage.
