・Reports to QA Manager /Asst Manager/Managing Director

・Assist in handling customer claims

・Ensures company adheres to quality policies set and to revise quality policies from time to time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Dip/Deg in any disciplines

✓ Ability to communicate in Japanese will be an added advantage

✓ Well-versed with ISO procedures and requirements

✓ At least with 3-5 years of related experience

✓ Knowledge of ISO 9001,14001 & IATF 16949

✓ Attended a few ISO related courses/seminar with certificate of attendance or evidence.
