・Provide full support to HR & Administrative related duties
・Update & maintain employees’ records / staff movement
・Assist in monthly payroll data checking / payroll preparation
・Review & update HR or any other related policies
・Maintain employee leave/clocking system
・ Assist in data collation for any statistical purposes
・To remain updated on Employment Act
・Assist in corporate tax matter related to personal BIK
・Support in Expats related matters
・Other ad-hoc HR & Administrative duties
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Minimum Diploma/Degree level with 3 years of experience in HR
✓Proficient in Microsoft office
✓Knowledge on regulations & policies
✓Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and independently
✓Good interpersonal and communication skills
