A. Key Objectives
1. User requirement hearing
2. Plan development approach and schedule, and report to the team
3. Develop automation work as planned by Blue Prism and relevant method to deliver by deadline
4. Suggest any improvement idea on automation process whenever noticed
4. Monitor RPA daily job status and perform troubleshoot when encounter error


B. Main responsibilities
1. Day to day process monitoring and troubleshoot where needed
2. Attend requirement hearing session for new automation request, make plan of development
3. Development by Blue Prism for task automation and conduct test to confirm process and output if all requirement are met.
4. Update team on any progress or sharing issue
5. Handle user's inquiry when received
6. Suggest if any optimization can be expected
7. Documentation as required

C. Required knowledge and experience
1. Familiar with Blue Prism and experience of RPA development
2. Experience of project leading of business automation
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
4. Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team;
5. Willingness to take on challenges
6. Excellent organisational, time management, oral and written communication skills

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Min 3 years working experience in RPA development

✓Basic network knowledge preferred

✓Good command in English (speaking & writing) *mandatory,

✓Japanese or Chinese speaking *preferred

✓Knowledge in Blue Prism, MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

✓High communication skill, Mature, responsible, inependent, dynamic, multitasking and good interpersonal skills
