・• Provide administrative support to HR and Administrative department
• Performing office clerical and administrative tasks, such as filling, answering phones, assisting in catering for the company events
• Maintain proper records and documentation
• Updating HR databases in a timely manner (e.g. leave, company car/HP)
• Managing the cleaners and security guard
• Assist in food catering for company events / training
• Assist in any other duties and responsibilities as and when required
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓• Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Admin / HR or equivalent
• Required languages (written and spoken): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• 2-3 years’ experience in related field or fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Computer literate: Ms Excel, Ms Word
• Motivated and willing to learn attitude
• 1 Full time position available
