・To Compile customer's delivery instruction
To prepare delivery instruction to warehouse
To monitor shipment from warehouse to customers
To collect shipping documents from vendor
To provide delivery information to customer as for customer to clearance.
Provide customs document to forwarding and haulage company, shipment movement.
Prepare Direct Selling Expenses for payment purpose.
Delivery control ( Delivery Adjustment with Vendors)
Quality Issue Coordination.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Degree holder (with minimum 1-2 year working experience) – Logistic and Supply chain
✓Basic excel, intermediate level is preferred (V-lookup)
✓Ability yo communicate to customers, warehouse team, forwarding team and interdepartment team effeectively.
✓ Ability to plan and execute daily tasks effectively and efficiently
