・Handle e-invoice
・Banking Matter (Payment, fund transfer)
・Processing expenses (Medical Claims, Parking Claims, Petrol etc)
・Reporting
・TAX, statuary payment
・Communcation with Accounting Agent and provide necessary documents monthly
・Handle Audit (Provide information)
・New products data input in SQL

■Admin
・Company asset management
・Arrangement for company event
・Document arrangement


■IT
・PC set up for staff
・E-mail address setting
・In case of System problem report to vender

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least 5 years' Experience accounting
✓Familiar with SQL (Must)
✓PL
✓Language :English & Malay
✓Multi tasking
✓Interested Japanese Food
