• Documentation Preparation:
• Prepare PRS1, PRS2, PRS Movement, and PRS9 documents as required.
• Prepare Consolidate Statenent (CS) for PRS1 and PRS9, ensuring all CS are completed every 5th day without failure.
• Prepare K3 documentation for East Coast shipments.
• Prepare PRS2 documents for Langkawi and Labuan shipments.
• Prepare ZB1 and ZB4 documentation for SME trade.

• Compliance and Performance:
• Achieve KPI for SEA clearance within 3 days.
• Achieve KPI for AIR and LAND clearance within 2 days.
• Ensure all declarations are concise and accurate.

• Regulatory Requirements and System Checks:
• Request Origin for Free Trade Agreement (FTA), Serial No, and IMEI No for every shipment.
• Apply for SIRIM permits on behalf of SMEs for all modes of transport.
• Confirm FTA details against the Bill of Lading (BL).

• Job Creation and Document Management:
• Create jobs based on Shipping Instructions (SI).
• Ensure all documents, including Bill of Lading (BL) and Commercial Invoice Packing List (CIPL), are received in order.
• Verify that all documents are correct and accurate.
• Ensure documents are received on time, prior to Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) or Estimated Time of Departure (ETD).
• Check ETA/ETD in port systems to identify and address any abnormalities.

• Customs Documentation and Submission:
• After registration by Customs, print Customs documents and attach them to the shipping documents.
• Hand over all relevant shipping documents to the Customs clearance centre for submission.

• Performance Metrics:
• Meet the KPI requirement of processing a minimum of 20 jobs per day.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Education: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Logistics or related fields.

✓Fresh Graduate in related field is encourage to apply

✓Experience: Basic knowledge of import and export procedures.

✓Understanding of HS Codes (Harmonized System Codes).

✓Experience in SMK (Sistem Maklumat Kastam) or AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certification is an advantage.

✓Willing to work at Shah Alam

✓Possess own transportation (preferable)

✓Walkable Distance from LRT / KTM Subang Jaya (5 – 10 minutes’ walk)
