1. Customer Communication:
• Communicate with customers to understand their shipping requirements, provide updates on shipment status, and address any concerns or inquiries.
2. Logistics Management:
• Liaise with shipping carriers and logistics service providers to negotiate proper rates, book shipments, and arrange for timely delivery of goods.
• Handle of shipping documentations, ensuring compliance with regulations and incoterms.
• Coordinate import and export processes to facilitate smooth and efficient movement of goods across borders.
3. Cost Management:
• Conduct cost simulations and analysis to provide accurate pricing information to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor operational pricing and expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize profitability.
4. Contract Coordination:
• Coordinate to new and existing contracts, including contract negotiations, amendments, and renewal if necessary
• Collaborate internal teams to ensure contract terms and conditions are understood and adhered to.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
✓At least 1 year of working experience in Logistics industry.
✓Understand supply chain process.
✓Language: Good communication skills (written and oral) in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a must for communication purpose)
✓Willing to work in KOTA KINABALU, SABAH
