JOB DETAILJob Details
Ensures the smooth running of the HRD and Admin Dept and is responsible for overseeing all HR and Administrative processes such as payroll, benefits administration, recruitment procedures and employee relations. To monitor proper organizational and HR policy implementation and also to ensure company’s compliance with local employment law.
・Prepares the staff monthly payroll for all Ektech Group of companies, including all Statutory payments e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Hrdf Levy and PCB Tax
・Oversees all employee related practices such as recruitment, termination, benefits. Foster employee relations and solve potential issues relating to them.
・Monitor regulatory changes especially the Malaysian Employment Act of 1955
・Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to maintain and reinforce good communication with all employees.
・Takes care of all HRD confidential paperwork e.g. Staff Appointment Letters, Increments and Bonuses annually.
・Conducts Disciplinary Action, counselling of problem staff and issues Show Cause letters when necessary.
・Updates and maintains office policies and procedures.
・Recommends staff for training using HRDF levy grants.
・Attends and prepares the monthly Management Meeting minutes.

・Reports directly to Managing Director
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓who has HR and admin manager experience at least 5 years
✓who can speak chinese
✓Who can handle evey event and manage pay roll
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
✓Highly organized with attention to detail.
✓Multitasking skills to effectively manage a variety of responsibilities.
