Project Management:
- On-site & Off-site project management for implementation work at
requested timeframe, including designing, device configuration, vendor
control and documentation.

- Responsible for network/server high-level and detailed design,
implementation, operations, troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Develop both high-level and detailed implementation and test plans for
network technologies related to enterprise and Data Centre networks.

- Write assessment and design reports and present them to our customers.

- Keep improve service quality as an engineering team.

- Find suitable partners to provide better ICT services to the customer with
competitiveness.

- Assist sales team and work together in pre-sales phase as needed.

- Strengthen relationships with stakeholders and manage projects in
Japanese client-led projects to ensure project success.

- Propose improvements to internal business processes and launch and
promote internal projects for such improvements.

Infrastructure Management:

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and
networks in the organization.

- Ensure reliable operation of all IT systems, including servers, networks,
and telecommunications.

- Establish disaster recovery protocols and incident response strategies to
mitigate IT risks.

- Propose and implement IT solutions that enhance business productivity,
operational efficiency and sustainability of the organization.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Cisco Engineer CCNP Certification holder

-Business level of Japanese Language skill

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- Bachelor degree of Electronic System Engineering.

- Have work experience in IT related more than 5 years.
