・ Ensure excellent client service by providing prompt responses to requests and queries within the specified timeline.
• Manage the lodgement of statutory forms in order to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Follow up with clients on the return of documents and forms and ensure the submission of statutory forms and documents to the Companies Commission of Malaysia within the specified deadline.
• Remind clients of the deadline for holding their Annual General Meeting for their respective portfolios.
• Coordinate with auditors in preparation for and during annual audits, addressing their queries on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and circulate minutes of meetings of the Board, Board Committees and shareholders.
• Other ad hoc job to be assigned by the superior from time to time;
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓• Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Administration/ Management/ Business/ Law.
✓•At least 1 to 2 years of working experiences in company secretarial field.
✓•Familiar with the Companies Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.
✓•Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
✓•Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
✓•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Able to work under minimal supervision.
✓•Good interpersonal, coordination and follow-up skills.
✓•Experience in company secretarial field with exposure to public listed companies will have an added advantage.
