・• Assist in the procurement process.
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors to process and monitor customer orders and
requirements.
• Order Processing: Issue Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), invoices,
shipping documents and all relevant documentation to vendors and buyers.
• Maintain and update procurement records, vendor databases.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any
issues that may arise.
• Handle documentation for Inspection Quality Control (IQC), including maintaining
accurate records of inspections and quality assessments.
• Assist in the preparation of quality reports and documentation.
• Record and manage samples, ensuring they are correctly documented, tracked,
and stored.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate well in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in desktop applications and Windows-based programs.
• Good team player who is independent and self-motivated
