・Responsible for all functions and operation at the branch.
・Manages all personnel in branch location
・Exercises the discretion and independent judgement on regular basis to monitor branch performance.
・Responsible for managing the customer support / service function to external customers.
・Responsible for training staff on customer service requirement.
・Responsible for branch P&L and end-to-end service customers
・Support on the collection / petty cash management
・Prepare quotation for all inquiries
・Support dispatch job for urgent doc, CO and hand over doc to driver.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

【Must】
✓Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
✓Proven track record and recent experience (５+ years) in freight forwarding, logistics, or a similar industry, with a solid understanding of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and transportation logistics is a must.
