・ Supporting the sales team in achieving their goals by managing and coordinating all aspects of the sales process.

・.Maintain supply & delivery control between factories and customer to avoid linedown.

・ Based on customer forecast prepare pre-ordering to partner.

・Stock Report preparation.

・ Forwarder coordination.

・ Monthly transportation & commision list summary.

・ Monthly invoice compilation.

・ Assist in annual inventory stock check & report

・Ad-hoc tasks

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Degree or Deploma for any study

✓ Basic computer operations - Microsoft office and Windows.

✓ Able to deal effectively with internal and external parties

✓ Able to read and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

✓ Knowledge of ISO is an advantage
