・ Provide attentive customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with product selections to enhance customers.

・ Accurately process transaction, manage various payment types, and upsell products to support sales target.

・ Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and maintain organized stock displays.

・ Support the store manager in compiling customer feedback, preparing basic reports and assisting in any in store promotion

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ At least High school, or above educational background.

✓ Fluent in English and Bahasa Malay.

✓ Experienced with luxury retail will be added advantage.
