・Create detailed design of new products using SolidWorks software.

· Produce and evaluate prototypes to ensure product specifications are met.

· Modify designs based on feedback and test results to enhance product functionality and manufacturability.

· Collaborate with tooling and mold fabrication teams to prepare designs for mass production.

· Continuously evaluate and approve parts during the tooling and mold fabrication process until final product approval is achieved.

· Manage schedules and resources for multiple projects concurrently.

· Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are maintained.

· Participate in selecting and managing at least two research projects per year, aimed at innovating and improving product lines.

· Conduct thorough evaluations of parts and products to confirm they meet all safety, quality, and operational standards before full-scale production.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

✓ Proven experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.

✓ Experience in product development and manufacturing processes.

✓ Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

✓ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultural and organizational boundaries.
